The dealership (specifically James and Bob) was able to upgrade the truck with a new set of rims and tires. We did some negotiating, and after not being able to meet my price that I was looking for, James went the extra mile and was able to get well below what I was looking to spend on the truck. When we got back and it was time to talk money, I gave him an idea of what I could afford and he went to work right away to make it a reality. He explained all of the features of the truck as we drove along, adding no pressure to the sale. James made a test drive happen very quickly for us. We were able to take a look at the 2015 Silverado. I explained to him that I was looking to a 4WD vehicle, and told him the features that I was looking for. He had absolutely no problem trekking out into the snow to show us the vehicles on the lot. James was right inside the front door and greeted us right away with a pleasant handshake (a much warmer welcome than previous dealerships). Naturally, I went to another dealership, leading me to my relationship with Paul Masse South, and their team there. I had already visited another dealership, and they refused to show me any trucks due to the impending snow storm. We just cant say enough about the staff at this dealership, they are top notch and we will be recommending all of them to our friends and family. James took the time to go over every last detail with my wife and I concerning these new vehicles. Questions were all answered and the paperwork was complete. We sat down with Crystal Costa to take care of all the paperwork, and once again, extremely impressed with her knowledge, patience and pleasant way about her. He seemed a little disappointed that we left them home for the paperwork part. When we went inside, James had Sesame Street on the television ready for my kids.

When we arrived Tuesday morning, we drove into the lot seeing our new vehicles all shined up with signs in the windows congratulating our family. Monday morning I called James and told him my wife and I would be in Tuesday morning to finalize the deal. We would definately be purchasing these two vehicles from Paul Masse Chevrolet South. My wife and I left the dealership that Saturday afternoon with our minds made up.
Bob was not pushy at all, took the time to talk to us and just made us feel comfortable and had no issue whatsoever that we were not ready to make our final decision right then and there. When we were getting ready to leave, so my wife and I could finalize our decision, Bob Masse the General Manager came over to us, and once again we were so impressed with how not your typical car dealership this place is. James helped us every step of the way to ensure we were getting the best deal possible and answered all of our questions. As far as the negotiating goes, it was like nothing I have ever experienced. When we returned from the test drives and went into the showroom to sit down and talk the particulars of a two vehicle purchase, I was pleasantly surprised when we went to James's desk to find he had set up a small childrens table with coloring books and crayons for my children. When we arrived we were greated by James Corey again who showed extreme patience with me once again in the rain as we test drove several more vehicles, helping me move car seats from one vehicle to another. So I went home and came back with second vehicle, my wife and two small children. I also expressed my interest in trading in another vehicle that I had at home towards another vehicle. When we went inside to discuss the particulars I was impressed once again by the patience James had explaining things to me. James was extremely knowledgable of the vehicles on his lot and very patient with me outside in the rain as we looked at several trucks. I showed up on a rainy Saturday and from the very beginning my salesman, James Corey, was ready to help me every step of the way in finding the Silverado that was perfect for me.
